Education Philosophy: I believe that family and school are the two primary institutions that have an impact on a child’s development. Curriculum, consistency, and communication are essential factors that play a large role in early childhood and building relationships with children and within a community. It is important that a child is provided with a learning environment that supports and fosters development in all domains during the early years of life.  I truly feel that every experience is a learning experience and it is my role to facilitate the wants and needs of each and every individual child, family, and community. I also feel that children are more capable of being successful contributors to society if receiving more social and emotional developmental learning opportunities in the early stages of development. I have experience working in all areas in the field of education and among different curriculum platforms, and the one common denominator that stands true is the need to connect and show respect to and with the children and community you work to thoroughly enrich.
